Located in the village and close to the shopping area, this charming 2 bedroom/1 bath home has a living room with fireplace and a flat screen TV with satellite service and a DVD player. The kitchen is equipped so you can fix your favorite meal or snack to enjoy at the counter eating area or take everything to the back yard to cook up on the propane grill. One bedroom has a queen bed, TV and a comfy chair for relaxing. The second bedroom has a full size bunk bed (that?s a full bed on both top and bottom). The bathroom has a tub/shower. Outside you can enjoy the covered sitting area with the wood burning firepit (please observe all fire rules) or relax on the double hammock. The fully fenced yard is a great place for the kids to play in. WiFi throughout the house will keep you connected to the outside world if you want to be. Washer/Dryer are available. All of this is available for $125.00 a night/non-holiday and $150.00 a night/holiday. Rent for 6 nights get the 7th night free. A monthly rate is available upon request. There is a 10% discount for active military. A one time cleaning fee applies, ask the rental agent for details. No smoking on the property/no pets.
