Casa Amarilla

Casa Amarilla is located approximately 5 miles outside of the village. This 3 bedroom/2 bath house is great for the two night or longer guest. Access to the house is by way of a ramp for no stair access which leads to the deck which goes around ½ of the house and provides nice views up the canyon. Inside on the main floor there is a living area, dining area, kitchen, 2 bedrooms and a full bath. One bedroom has a queen bed, the other has a full bed. The kitchen has a wide variety of cookware to help you in making meals or a snack which can be eaten at the table in front of the big windows. There is no TV service, but there is WIFI so bring your ROKU or other device to hook up to the large screen TVs in either the living room or the master bedroom on the second floor. The master bedroom with queen bed is in the open loft area on the second floor and has a full bathroom and a private balcony.

Outside on the deck is a propane grill. The lot provides you with lots of parking including an area for trailer parking. Around the yard there are sitting areas so you can enjoy the outdoors. All of this is available for up to 6 people for $150.00 per night on non-holidays and $175.00 on holidays. There is a monthly rate available, ask rental agent for rate. Rent for 6 nights/7th night free, no smoking and no pets. Active military with ID receive a 10% discount. A one time cleaning fee applies, ask rental agent for details.
