The two bedrooms with queen size beds and each have a private bath, there is a large living room/kitchen/dining area with a fireplace, cable TV, wireless internet and a washer/dryer available for your use. The deck with its separate access from the bedrooms, provides guests with a relaxing place to enjoy the cool night breezes or a leisurely soak in the hot tub. No smoking in the house.
Pets are allowed with prior approval by the agent and a $5.00 per pet/per night non-refundable pet fee. Rates are just $99.00 per night non-holiday, $135.00 per night holiday for up to 4 people. Special weekly rate of $550.00 for a 6 or 7 night stay. Monthly rate of $1475.00 and with pets there is a $50.00 per month non-refundable pet fee. A one time cleaning fee applies, ask rental agent for details. Minimum two night stay.
