Dancing Pines

This two story home is located close to the Lodge and its famous golf course and provides a feeling of seclusion not often found in the village. No houses close on either side or across the road provide a feeling of openness with the convenience of easy access to all the village has to offer. A five to ten minute walk down a village street takes you to the main shopping area not far away. The main living area has an open floor plan with kitchen, dining area and a living room with lots of seating in front of the wood burning fireplace or the flat screen TV. Also on the main floor are a bedroom with queen bed and doors to the deck, a sleeping area with a kid sized bunk bed and a full bath. Upstairs is a bedroom, with doors going out onto a private balcony, with king bed and a trundle day bed and a second bath. There is even a telescope handy for watching the night skies. This house features a large porch for watching the beautiful New Mexico sunsets with a propane grill for cooking your favorite foods.

Rates are $190.00 per night for non-holidays and $220.00 per night for weekends/holidays. Rent for 6 nights and stay the 7th night free. 10% discount for active military. A monthly rate is available upon request. No smoking and no pets. A one time cleaning fee is applied to each rental, ask the rental agent for more information. Minimum 2 night stay.
