Located on the sunny side of Cloudcroft, this single level 3 bedroom/1.75 bath home is full of light and amenities to make your stay comfortable. The sunken living room has a fireplace for adding warmth on those chilly nights and create an area for sitting back and relaxing or enjoying a good book. There is also a flat screen TV with ROKU for your viewing pleasure. The kitchen is stocked with plenty of cookware so you can make your favorite meal or snack to enjoy at the dining room table. The master bedroom has a king size bed and a private 3/4 bath. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and the third has a double bed/bunk bed, a cozy settee and a TV with ROKU. WIFI available throughout the house. Out on the deck you can prepare a meal on the propane grill and enjoy eating at the table or sit around the propane fire table. This house is even pet friendly for up to two dogs no larger than 20#. A $25.00 non-refundable pet fee does apply per pet. Lots of parking with a two car carport.. All of this for just $170.00 per night on non-holidays and $195.00 per night on holidays. Rent for 6 nights/7th night free. No smoking in the house or on the property. A one time cleaning fee applies, ask the rental agent for details. Two night minimum stay.
